This week Brian and I provided an in-service training for the physical therapists at Apple Valley Rehabilitation Center in Sebastopol, CA.  We provided a lecture, demonstration and discussion of the various options for helping stroke survivors who have partial paralysis. After the presentation, we did an assessment of a client who had a right hemiplegia. We discussed the various options, advantages and disadvantages and, as a group, we came up with a recommendation.
